Consultation – Unlimited for legal advice, correspondence and negotiations. Includes all office visits and phone consultations.

Preparation and Probate of Wills – Preparation of simple wills and handling of family administration.

Real Estate Transactions – Buying and selling homes, landlord/tenant relations, lease agreements and security deposit issues.

Traffic Violations – Defense of driving while intoxicated charges and speeding.

Family Law – Adoptions, name changes, legal separation, guardianship – no waiting period.

Divorce/annulment, child support/custody – 90 day waiting applies.

Consumer/Seller Relations – Product and service warranties and guarantees including automobiles, household appliances, lawn equipment and manufacturer defects.

Personal Injury – Bodily injury and property damage handled on contingency fee basis with no charge on the first $1,000 of recovery.

Civil Actions – Either as plaintiff or defendant.

Bankruptcy or Credit Protection – Chapter 7 proceedings only. 90 day waiting period applies.

Criminal Violations – All misdemeanors.

Insurance Law – Representation in claims of insurance policies (except for insurance policies provided or sponsored by your employer if purchased through a group policy or contained as part of employer provided benefit plan.)

Defense of Juveniles – Children of members under the age of 23.
